ORDERS
We try to keep some of our smalls and softer items in stock. If an item is in stock, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock, please allow 4–6 weeks for completion. If it is an urgent order, please send us an email to hello@kraaldesign.co.za and we will advise if we can assist.
Our products have longer lead times than conventional Décor and Design store, due to the fact that all our products are handmade by craftsman who often have limited production capacities. Customisation of your product, sourcing of the highest quality materials and the quality assurance of the process all add to the lead time.
Our payment options include Credit Card payments and EFT. We unfortunately don’t accept cash as payment.
Yes, this usually takes up to 5 working days with our road freight service.
RETURNS
Items that we keep in stock, may be returned at a 10% handling fee of the order/item total, within 10 days of purchase, providing you submit your proof of purchase.
Should your products need to be couriered back to our HQ, you are liable to pay 100% of the delivery fee.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note that we don’t recommend using heavy fabrics that doesn’t bend easily, such as polyester backed fabrics with little give.
